How are you are using your time?
Listen to the "Time Management" (number 7) podcast and write a short (100 words) computer generated paper with one idea that will really help you this semester. If you also listened to coach Wright's podcast (number 3) and talk about two ideas that you learned in a paragraph (100 words) you can earn 3 extra credit points.

What do you eat, how healthy is it, how much, when, and why?
Listen to any two of the podcasts that are at least 4 minutes long and computer generate a two paragraph summary for each one.
